We do not intentionally request sensitive personal data through our Quiz.

Please do not submit sensitive information, including health information, religious beliefs, political opinions, biometric information, financial account credentials, passwords, or other sensitive information through open-text fields.

This classification does not constitute a financial, professional, credit, investment, or suitability assessment.

FX KILLERS uses third-party technology providers to operate our digital infrastructure, forms, Quiz Funnel, databases, communications, scheduling systems, CRM processes, analytics, and related services.

Depending on the specific service, personal data may be processed or stored through third-party providers including:

  • Lovable / Lovable Cloud.

  • iClosed.

  • Email and communication providers.

  • WhatsApp-related communication services.

  • Analytics providers.

  • Hosting and infrastructure providers.

  • Scheduling and CRM platforms.

These providers may process personal data on our behalf or in accordance with their respective roles and contractual arrangements.

5. LOVABLE AND LOVABLE CLOUD

FX KILLERS uses Lovable and/or Lovable Cloud to develop, host, operate, maintain, and support portions of our digital infrastructure, including our Quiz Funnel and, where applicable, the storage and management of information submitted through our forms.

Personal data collected through our Quiz may therefore be processed through technology infrastructure associated with Lovable/Lovable Cloud.

Lovable also publishes additional legal and data-processing documentation, including information regarding its data processing practices and subprocessors.

FX KILLERS remains responsible for determining the purposes for which the personal data collected through our Quiz is processed.

6. iCLOSED

FX KILLERS uses iClosed for certain High-Ticket prospect management, CRM, sales follow-up, and appointment scheduling activities.

When an individual completes the applicable High-Ticket process, certain information may be transferred to or processed through iClosed for purposes including:

  • Managing a prospect.

  • Scheduling a call.

  • Managing appointment information.

  • Following up with a prospect.

  • Managing the applicable sales process.

  • Maintaining CRM records.

Information may include:

  • First name.

  • Last name.

  • Email.

  • WhatsApp/telephone number.

  • Trading experience.

  • Quiz responses.

  • Trading goals.

  • Challenges.

  • Previous trading education experience.

  • Other information voluntarily provided during the selection process.

iClosed's current Privacy Policy expressly distinguishes between information iClosed processes as an independent controller and Customer Personal Data, such as leads, contacts, scheduling data, messages, and CRM information, that iClosed processes on behalf of its business customers. For Customer Personal Data, iClosed states that it acts as a processor/service provider and processes the information according to the customer's documented instructions.

7. CLIENT PROSPECTS

If you identify yourself as having trading experience and complete the applicable High-Ticket selection process, FX KILLERS may use your contact information and Quiz responses to manage a call request.

Before redirecting you to our appointment platform, we may save the information you provided through our Quiz.

The information may subsequently be processed through iClosed for scheduling and CRM purposes.

Completing the Quiz or requesting a call does not guarantee acceptance, admission, purchase, approval, or eligibility for any FX KILLERS product or service.

8. EMAIL AND WHATSAPP COMMUNICATIONS

If you voluntarily provide your email address or WhatsApp/telephone number, we may use that information to communicate with you regarding the request, registration, selection process, products, or services you have requested.

Where required, separate consent may be requested for promotional or marketing communications.

You may request to stop receiving marketing communications by using the unsubscribe mechanism provided in the communication or by contacting:

Providing your contact information does not necessarily mean that you consent to all forms of marketing communication. Where required by applicable law, we will request separate consent for marketing purposes.

FX KILLERS may use third-party service providers located in Mexico or other jurisdictions to operate our business and digital infrastructure.

The Quiz is not designed to collect sensitive personal information.

You should not submit:

  • Political information.

  • Other sensitive personal information.

If you voluntarily submit sensitive information through an open-text field, please understand that the Quiz was not designed for such information.
